2009 CBA Awards (March, 2010)
KWSB earned four Awards of Excellence at the annual Colorado Broadcasters Association banquet on Saturday, March 13 2010 in Denver. Competing against small-market stations throughout the state, the KWSB staff earned awards for Best Single Event News Coverage (two awards), Best Public Service Announcement, and Best News Feature Report or Series. Pictured below, at the event, is Faculty Advisor Terry Schliesman, CBA President Marilyn Hogan, Station Manager Trevor Mark, and Program Director Glenn DiNicola.
